內(nèi)脹芯管安裝時(shí)被頂推螺桿完全脹開.芯管外壁與風(fēng)管內(nèi)壁緊密貼合，形成道密封面口芯管端部開口采用襯板封閉，形成第二道密封面。

安裝前先將“0”形橡膠密封圈繃緊嵌在芯管的“v”形槽內(nèi)，芯管開口處的兩端頭處于搭疊狀態(tài)，縮小直徑.使之能很容易地放入待連接管道的口部，安裝時(shí)依靠頂推螺桿使芯管徑向脹開，當(dāng)芯管兩端頭正好對(duì)齊時(shí)，完成內(nèi)脹操作，此時(shí)芯管壁與風(fēng)管壁已緊密貼合，然后用自攻螺絲或拉鉚釘把芯管與風(fēng)管沿周圈固定即完成安裝口。
